In-Stock items will typically ship within 2-4 business days after purchase.

Made-To-Order jewelry and out-of-stock jewelry will typically ship within 4-6 weeks after purchase.

We will you email you with tracking information as soon as your orders have been sent. All of our packages require a signature upon delivery. We are not liable for lost shipping when tracking shows that it has been delivered. We do whatever we can to make sure your jewelry reaches you as soon as possible, but unforeseen weather or technical issues may cause a delay. Please remember to double-check the listed shipping address. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you may be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.


All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at check out.


Unless noted, in-stock pieces can be returned within ten days of delivery for a refund, minus the original cost of shipping. The refund will be issued to the client as soon as we inspect and approve the return. We ask that you allow us 5-7 days to process your return. We also reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Gift Cards, Special Orders, and Deposits for made to order pieces are ineligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please email felicha@diamondsforeversandiego.com. Return shipping cost will be the client’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you also require signature delivery and tracking number when shipping back to us. Please all make sure the jewelry is securely packaged and won't be damaged during transit.


If you need to cancel an order, please email us (felicha@diamondsforeversandiego) within 12 hours of placing your order. We consider all items to be in production after 12 hours and cannot be canceled.


We are exceptionally proud of our craftsmanship and manufacturing practices. We quality control each piece under a microscope before pick-up/shipment to make sure everything meets our high standards. If you believe your item is defective, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace your item as deemed appropriate.

If your item needs repair within six months from purchase, we will warranty the repairs if they are deemed to be normal wear and tear. We will also cover the loss of any stones caused by a manufacturing defect. If there is noticeable damages or signs of improper care, we will contact you of cost.

If your item needs repair after six months of purchase, we will email you with an estimate after inspecting the piece.

It is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the pieces. We will ship all jewelry via insured shipment. If you happen to be in San Diego, please feel free to drop off/pick up your item in store.


Please note that all sizing is the responsibility of the client. Rings tend to fit perfectly only about 1/3 of the time due to changes in the weather or if we binged on salty snacks. If you need to have your ring re-sized, please email us at felicha@diamondsforeversandiego with your new sizing. Sizing will be completed at the client's cost.


All custom orders are final sale and are ineligible for a refund or store credit.


We do offer international shipping, but all VAT, Custom Duties, or Custom Declarations are the responsibility of the client.
